Our DJ package include everything you need to make the most of your event!

 

Wedding DJ Setup

Includes the following:

- 2 DJs for the entire event

- All DJs are qualified to perform as the emcee/master of ceremonies

- Continuous music throughout the entire event (no extra charge for setup/breakdown)

- Custom reception playlist made based on your preference of music

- Custom playlist for cocktail hour and dinner

- Dance Floor Lighting Package with 8 LED lighting fixtures

- (2) 1000w 10" PA Speakers for coverage up to 2400sqft/200 people

- 1000w 18” Sub-woofer

- Wireless microphone for toasts and other announcements

 

Extras/Add-ons

-  Sound Reinforcement for ceremony (speakers/microphone/playing music)

-  Additional speaker(s) for cocktail area, outside courtyard, etc.

- Up-lighting for Venue/Reception Space

 

Musical Selections

Music selections can make or break any event! Our DJs will meet with you to ensure that your playlist is perfect so that you can enjoy your event without having to stress over song selections. When creating a playlist for an event, we work with each client to ensure the playlist is right for them! We have everything including oldies, 70's/80's, Top 40, Pop, Rock, Country, Jazz, Big Band, Classical, Alternative, Hip Hop, and more! We can also can take requests on the spot, so if we don't have it, we'll download it on the spot!

 

 

We are based in Columbia, SC but are willing to travel!

If the wedding is outside the greater Columbia, SC area mileage will be added into the quote.

FAQ's

 

Logistics

  1. Does our reception site have the space and electrical capabilities that you will need?

    • Our entire set up can run off of a standard 120v outlet! The "Full DJ Setup" is approx. 15'x4'.

  2. What will be your performance attire? Is there an additional cost for tuxes?

    • Our standard attire is "concert black" dress. Aka. All black dress clothes. There is no extra charge for tuxes.

  3. Do you require meals?

    • We do not require meals however most clients do provide a plate for each DJ.

  4. Who will do the setup? When is the setup start time and how long is needed? Can you be set up and playing before the first guests walk in?

    • Our DJ's like to arrive 2 hours before hand (at a minimum) to set up all of the equipment. Ex. If cocktail hour starts at 6pm, our DJ's would like to be setting up in the venue no later than 4pm. Assuming that our DJ's have access to the venue and can arrive 2 hours before hand, we can definitely be set up and playing music before the first guests walk in!

  5. How many breaks will you take, and how long would each break be?

    • Our DJ's will need a break on occasion for restroom use, etc. however every event will have 2 DJ's present, so the music will never stop!

  6. Do you have a backup plan if there is an equipment malfunction?

    • We use professional quality equipment and have never had an equipment failure, however if something were to happen, we have a set of backup equipment to use to ensure your event goes on!


Reception

 
  1. Will you be able to act as an emcee and announce the first dance, toasts, and cake cutting etc.?

    • Absolutely! Our DJ's emcee and announce for all events.

  2. Do you take requests from us of songs to play and not to play?

    • Of course. Our DJ's meet with the client in person at least two times before the actual event. During this time we will work with you on building a playlist and selecting everything from must haves, to what to avoid!

  3. Do you take requests from guests? How do you handle their song requests?

    • We leave that up to the wedding couple. Song requests from guests will be inserted into the playlist created by the wedding couple and played at an ideal time determined by our DJ's.

  4. If you are not familiar with any of the songs I request, will you learn them? How many would you be willing to learn, and how much advance notice do you need? Is there an additional charge?

    • Any music that is unfamiliar to the DJ's will be learned in advance to the event date. Our DJ's like to meet clients as early as possible from the event date to ensure the proper amount of time to prepare. There is no additional charge.


Payment

  1. Will you play overtime, and if so, what is your overtime charge?

    • Information about packages and hours can be found above!

  2. What is the required deposit and when is the remaining balance due?

    • If the requested date is available, then 50% of the cost will be due to secure the requested date. The remaining balance will be due on the date of the event.

  3. What is your cancellation and refund policy?

    • If a customer wishes to cancel the services requested, they must give the DJ at least 30 days notice. The 50% deposit is non-refundable.
